Basic purpose

Optional color matching tape coding machine and inkjet coding machine can be used to print production date and batch number information on labels, achieving the integration of labeling and inkjet coding.

working process

Core working principle: Place the product onto the conveyor belt and enter the bottle separation mechanism. After the bottle separation mechanism separates the product, the sensor detects the product passing through and sends a signal back to the labeling control system. At the appropriate position, the control system controls the corresponding motor to send out the label and attach it to the product to be labeled position. At the same time, the label is overlaid, and the labeling action of one label is completed.

Operation process: Place the product conveyor belt (can be connected to the assembly line) ->Product conveying ->Product spacing ->Product testing ->Product positioning ->Labeling and covering ->Collect labeled products.

Requirements for label production：

1. The interval between labels is 2-4mm;

2. The label is 2mm away from the edge of the base paper;

3. The label backing paper is made of Grassin material, which has good toughness and prevents tearing (to avoid cutting the backing paper);

4. The inner diameter of the core is 76mm, and the outer diameter is less than 280mm
